About us

A tailoring workshop that grew into a uniform manufacturer.

Kamlesh Garments designs and makes uniforms for organisations, and tailors suits, fashion, party and traditional wear for individuals, across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman.

Our story

Same workshop, same people. A new name.

Since 2010 we traded as ASRA Tailoring Garments & Textile Trading Workshop L.L.C., making uniforms for hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, security companies and industrial sites from our workshop in Ajman’s New Industrial Area.

We are now Kamlesh Garments. The name has changed; the workshop, the team and the way we work have not. Existing clients can expect the same contacts, the same standards and their repeat orders matched to the originals.

Formerly ASRA Tailoring Garments — now Kamlesh Garments.

The Ajman workshop

Design, cutting, tailoring, embroidery and printing in one place.

Our workshop near Emirates Market in Ajman’s New Industrial Area brings every stage together: design, fabric selection, pattern-making, cutting, tailoring, embroidery and finishing. Keeping it under one roof is how we control quality and keep timelines honest.

Today a team of more than 50 people works with modern machinery, handling orders from 5 pieces to 10,000.

The team

50+ designers, pattern-makers and tailors.

Our in-house designers work alongside experienced pattern-makers, tailors and embroidery operators. The people who take your brief are the same people who see it through to delivery.

“Our aim is to set the benchmark for garment manufacturing across the UAE and the Middle East, built on more than a decade of experience.”

What we stand for

Three things we hold ourselves to.

Values

Craftsmanship

Clean seams, accurate cuts and careful finishing on every garment — the details people notice when a uniform is worn every day.

Reliability

Repeat orders that match the first, consistent sizing across a whole team, and one point of contact from start to finish.

On-time delivery

Agreed timelines, planned around your openings, intakes and launches — and honest updates if anything changes.

Our process

Five stages, one team.

Every order follows the same path, whether it is five polos or ten thousand uniforms.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We discuss roles, working conditions, quantities, budget and timelines, and review your brand guidelines so the uniform fits how your team actually works.

  2. 02

    Design & Fabric

Our designers prepare the styles and propose fabrics and colours suited to the role, climate and laundering, with options at different price points.

  3. 03

    Sampling

You see, touch and try a physical sample. We refine fit, details and logo placement until you sign it off — nothing goes into production before that.

  4. 04

    Production & Branding

Garments are cut, tailored and finished in our Ajman workshop, with embroidery and logo application done in-house to the approved sample.

  5. 05

    Fitting & Delivery

We size each staff member individually, pack and label by person or department, and deliver on the agreed schedule — with alterations if anything needs adjusting.

Quality checks

Checked at every stage, not only at the end.

Quality checks

  1. 01

    Fabric inspection

Incoming fabric is checked for colour, weight and flaws before cutting.

  2. 02

    Sample sign-off

Production follows the sample you approved — fit, finish and logo placement.

  3. 03

    In-line checks

Seams, stitching and measurements are checked during tailoring, not only at the end.

  4. 04

    Final inspection

Every garment is pressed, inspected and labelled before it is packed.
